Our internships are rooted in individual growth, professional development, business exposure and project ownership. Interns primarily spend their time focused on their assigned area of the business . Throughout the summer, intern program managers will host a variety of development focused activities to enhance professional development, provide exposure to all aspects of our business, and engage ment events with fellow interns.  

 

Membership Intern  

 

Program Summary  

• Duration: 11 weeks , Summer 2025 Dates: June 2 nd – August 15 th   

• Site Visits  

• Weekly IKE Sessions (Information Knowledge Exchange) with S enior leadership  

• Skills Workshops  

• Weekly Coffee Chats + Coffee with the CEO  

• Final projects and presentations  

• Engagement events  

 

Job Summary  

• Assist in the development of email strategy for the Member Acquisition team including but not limited to  

• Understanding existing campaigns and workflows.

• Developing a test and learn plan.

• Executing on building out Adobe campaigns.

• Support overall Engagement Team in driving critical company goals including member sales, membership income, trips and on time renewal.

• Collaborate with both the First Year and Tenured Member Engagement teams to coordinate and plan tactics driven by our roadmap.

• Assist in managing campaign timeline, ensuring milestones are met.

• Build and iterate on past and current campaigns while brainstorming innovative and new campaign ideas.

 

Qualifications  

• Able to work hybrid schedule in Marlborough, MA . Onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday.  

• Actively enrolled in an undergraduate program, masters program, etc.

• Recent undergraduate senior majoring in Project Management, Marketing, Analytics, or Management  

• Can-do attitude with a willingness to roll-up your sleeves and learn.  

• Agile and eager to work with diverse stakeholders and tasks.  

• Collaborative and able to influence without authority.

• Strong communication skills and able to work cross functionally.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Email) required . Monday. com is a plus.  

This is a hybrid role. Tuesday through Thursday are in-office days at BJ's Club Support Center in Marlborough, MA and Monday and Friday are remote days.

In accordance with the Pay Transparency requirements, the following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position. At BJ’s Wholesale Club, we carefully consider a wide range of non-discriminatory factors when determining salary. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications. The pay range for this position is starting from $20.00.
