• Scheduling: Booking, canceling, and rescheduling patient appointments while managing the schedules of multiple providers. This includes following up with patients to send appointment reminders.
• Patient intake: Greeting patients, verifying and updating their personal and insurance information, and helping them fill out necessary forms.
• Phone etiquette: Answering and managing a high volume of phone calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate department, and taking accurate phone messages.
• Customer service: Providing excellent service when interacting with patients in person, over the phone, or via email, including handling complaints and special requests with empathy and professionalism.
• HIPAA compliance: Maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to privacy regulations, which is essential for protecting sensitive information
