Job Summary:

The Bilingual Medical Receptionist provides professional front-desk support for a medical office, ensuring that all visitors and callers are attended to promptly, courteously, and accurately. This role requires proficiency in Spanish and experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW) to manage patient interactions and perform administrative tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer and route incoming calls using a multi-line phone system, take accurate messages, and maintain call logs.
• Greet and assist visitors, determine the purpose of their visit, issue visitor passes, maintain visitor logs, and direct visitors to the appropriate office or staff member.
• Respond to routine inquiries from patients, staff, and external contacts regarding office location, hours, contact information, and services.
• Perform basic administrative and clerical duties, including booking meeting rooms, organizing and distributing mail, typing documents, and handling courier packages.
• Use eCW to support patient check-ins, appointment scheduling, and basic data entry tasks.
• Work on routine and patterned assignments under established procedures, guidelines, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth office operations and high-quality patient service.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in Spanish and English (required).
• Experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW) or similar medical software.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Basic administrative and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow established procedures and work under supervision.

Working Conditions:

• Typical office environment with frequent interaction with patients, visitors, and staff.
