Overview Medical Director – Drug Safety / PV for a global leader in RNA-targeted therapeutics. Location: Remote (CA-Based). Our client, a global leader in RNA-targeted therapeutics, is seeking a seasoned Drug Safety Physician to chart the safety strategy for late-stage and pipeline programs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to detect signals early, shape risk-mitigation plans, and ensure the highest patient safety standards. What You’ll Do Define and execute compound-level safety strategy. Lead signal detection, benefit–risk assessment, and regulatory safety responses. Drive development of RMPs and contribute to global submissions. Present safety data to DSMBs and senior leadership. Guide vendors, audits, and inspection readiness. What You’ll Bring Medical degree (MD) plus 5+ years of clinical trial experience. 5+ years in industry drug-development Safety/PV roles.
