One of Addison Group’s nonprofit clients is seeking a Marketing Specialist to manage email marketing initiatives.

Job Details:

• Title: Marketing Specialist
• Type: Contract (6 months)
• Location: Hybrid in NW DC
• Rate: $35-40/hr, depending on experience
• Background Check: Yes – required

Candidate profile and qualifications

• Experience in – Minimum 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing or marketing automation
  • Building the emails, setting up campaigns, handle review and approval process, reporting with email analytics
• Proficient in – Microsoft Office Suite, MailChimp, Eloqua , Asana
• Soft Skills – ability to manage multiple projects, strong prioritization skills, ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders
• Education – Bachelor’s Required in marketing/communications or related degree

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage email campaigns for internal employees.
• Use Eloqua Marketing Automation Platform to create automated campaigns.
• Build emails within an email marketing platform.
• Work within our established email request and review/approval processes, including usage of the team’s email testing software.
• Build a working relationship and act as an internal consultant.
• Assist with analysis of campaign metrics and provide insight accordingly.
