Estes Park Sky Run Vacation Rentals in Estes Park, CO is looking for one Maintenance Tech to join our team. We are located on 1692 Big Thompson Ave. Ste 101. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and hard-working.
Maintenance Tech
Responsibilities:
Basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, drywall and painting skills
Service, drain & refill hot tubs for daily arrivals (will train)
Troubleshoot and fix common household maintenance items
Work directly w/other maintenance techs/front office to fulfill guest/owner maintenance requests
Basic yard maintenance (mowing / raking / weed control)
Snow removal (shoveling / plowing)
Trash collection from departed homes
Qualifications:
The ability to multi-task and communicate well with others is a must
Weekend / Holiday availability is a must
Clean, professional appearance
Ability to lift 50+ pounds
Detail oriented
Ability to speak English fluently, Spanish is a plus
Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving history
Past experience in hot tub maintenance is preferred although not required
