Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Machine Operator - Injection Molding to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production team supporting efficient manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator - Injection Molding

Location: Philmont, NY

Pay Range: $26.00/hr

What's the Job?

• Start up, adjust, and operate various production machines to ensure proper and efficient operation.
• Conduct quality inspections while the line is running, checking samples for compliance with specifications.
• Respond to problems on the line, making necessary adjustments to machines.
• Maintain cleanliness in the work area and enforce all safety and housekeeping policies.
• Assist with training other Technician Operators on various aspects of the job.

What's Needed?

• High school education or equivalent, plus mechanical training/aptitude.
• 1 to 3 years of experience operating machines in the packaging/plastics industry.
• Basic to intermediate computer skills, including the use of CNC machines.
• Ability to perform practical applications of arithmetic and geometry.
• Strong reasoning skills to solve practical problems and interpret various instructions.
