Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting various manufacturing teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Lincoln, NH

Pay Range: $18.00 per hour

What's the Job?

• Perform typical machine shop and press operations.
• Operate various machines including press production, braid winding, lathe, or crimping machines according to established procedures.
• Read, interpret, and follow blueprints, diagrams, and manufacturing drawings.
• Accurately record the number of parts produced, both good and scrap.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet quality standards and report any defects.

What's Needed?

• Ability to read and interpret measuring devices.
• Machine Operator experience preferred but not required.
• Basic reading and math skills.
• Ability to follow directions and use basic hand tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.
