Job Title: Machine Operators and Production Workers 

Location: Appleton, WI

Pay Range: $25.20/hr

What's the Job?

• Operate manufacturing equipment such as rewinders, coaters, and forklifts.
• Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
• Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, bending, and climbing.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote efficiency.
• Rotate between 12-hour day and night shifts every two weeks, including every other weekend.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of experience in manufacturing or machine operation.
• Forklift certification or experience preferred.
• Comfort working in a non-climate-controlled setting (50–95°F).
• Flexibility to work in various departments as needed.
