Schedule & Weekly Hours: M – F 8S or 10S

On-call/Callback: No call

 

Travel/Lodging:

• Will only provide mileage if they are within 50 miles of the facility
• If they are outside of 50 miles away, the rate is all-inclusive

Types of Cases/Procedures:

• Ortho, General, Plastics, Trauma, Cardiac, Neuro, Peds, Vascular, Carotids, OB

EMR System: EPIC

 

Specific Information: Level I Trauma Facility

Working Conditions: Will be working under medical direction 1:3

 

Privileging Process:

• Estimated Privileging Timeframe: 45-60 days
