What You'll Do:
- Source and pursue new client relationships - RE investors, developers, operators
- Cultivate strong lender relationships and negotiate loan terms
- Partner with in-house analysts to prepare and present loan requests
- Manage deals from origination through close, navigating structure and strategy
- Hit the phones, build a book, and take ownership of your growth
We’re Looking For:
- 1–3 years of experience in capital markets, CRE, private lending, investment sales, or finance
- A self-starter mindset with a relentless work ethic
- Comfortable with cold outreach and driven by results
- Strong communication, writing, and people skills
- A hunger to learn, grow, and make money in a competitive, fast-paced shop
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
