We are looking for positive, motivated, experienced, hungry Loan Officer Assistant to join our in-office team as we continue growing!
Who we need:
- 2+ years of loan processing or origination experience absolutely required
- NMLS license required
- Broker experience preferred but not required
- Top notch customer service skills
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience with Arive LOS preferred but not required
What you'll be doing:
- Interact directly with borrowers and take mortgage applications
- Work closely with top loan officers to process applications for mortgage loans
- Calculate income
- Price and structure loans
- Run AUS and gather documents to support AUS findings
- Assemble submission packages
