Duties

Requirements
- Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred.
- Strong understanding of benefits administration and various types of insurance products.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is highly desirable (Spanish is a plus).
- Familiarity with sales administration processes and telemarketing techniques.
- Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- A valid insurance license may be required depending on state regulations.
