The Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) position offers a remote opportunity for mental health professionals to launch or grow their private practice. Headway supports clinicians by handling insurance credentialing, billing, and marketing, enabling them to focus on patient care while maintaining a flexible schedule. Clinicians can provide services in-person or via telehealth, streamlining access to mental health care for their patients.

Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)

Wage: Between $95-$122 an hour

And we do this completely free of charge to you! Headways is a flexible service, meaning your hours are yours to set, and it’s up to you whether you see your patients in-person or remotely via telehealth while working from home. We accept the following licenses on a state by state basis:

• LMHC
• LPCMH
• LIMHP
