Join Community Health Centers (CHC) as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and make a meaningful impact in your community by providing compassionate, affordable healthcare. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will conduct rapid assessments, offer brief counseling, and deliver longer-term psychotherapy, while collaborating with medical professionals to address mental health and substance abuse issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct rapid assessments and provide brief counseling.
• Offer longer-term psychotherapy and substance abuse counseling.
• Collaborate with medical teams for comprehensive care.
• Provide crisis intervention and make treatment recommendations.

Qualifications:

• MSW or PhD/PsyD from an accredited institution.
• Independent clinical social worker licensure in Vermont.
• 3-5 years of clinical experience preferred.
• Strong skills in diagnosis, psychotherapy, and crisis intervention.
