Legal Assistant

Our client, a leading Rocky Mountain Law firm, is seeking a 5 plus years experienced corporate transactional legal secretary to support partners and associates in their dynamic and busy corporate practice. The legal assistant should have 5 plus years of corporate transactional experience at a law firm. Experience in Corporate law and transactional work is a huge plus! The firm offers a hybrid work environment with 3 days in office and 2 days remote from home. This position requires a strong attention to detail and Office Suite Skills. The firm offers excellent pay and benefits, including paid parking. • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Legal Assistant with a focus on trusts and estates.
• Proficiency in electronic filing systems and document management.
• Strong knowledge of estate planning, elder law, and fiduciary tax processes.
• Familiarity with preparing estate tax returns and other related tax documents.
• Excellent calendar management skills, including scheduling and tracking critical deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with accuracy.
• Outstanding organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of trust administration and estate-related legal procedures.
