Junior Transaction Coordinator / Admin Extraordinaire
Walnut Creek Office | Full-Time
We are a top-performing real estate team looking for a highly organized Junior Transaction Coordinator to support our Senior TC and keep deals moving smoothly from contract to close.
What You’ll Do
• Assist with managing transactions and deadlines
• Communicate with clients, agents, lenders, and title companies
• Schedule inspections, appraisals, and signings
• Ensure documents are complete and compliant
• Provide admin support so agents can focus on selling
You’re a Great Fit If
• You have 2+ years of real estate or admin experience
• You are tech-savvy and organized
• You handle deadlines calmly and communicate clearly
Bonus Points
• Prior experience with a real estate team or brokerage
• Real estate license (not required)
