  • Developing Marketing Calendars that clearly communicate the breadth of work.

  • Developing leadership materials that clearly communicate prioritization needs and trade-offs, using a variety of tools including Google Slides and Sheets.

  • Working closely with other intake teams within the Value Organization to connect projects in a timely manner.

  • Acting as team lead, managing a small but effective team, of project managers.

  • Identifying process gaps and work to continuously improve ways of working.

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.

  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.

  • Project Management Experience.

  • Program Management experience, including experience with cross-functional projects and teams.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • The ability to manage escalated situations, articulating needs to stakeholders and relaying pertinent information to management under tight deadlines

  • The ability to identify when certain situations need to be escalated
