We’re currently hiring a Licensed Insurance Representative “Super Star”! This is an in-office position based in our Babylon, NY agency.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Be the first point of contact for clients – by phone and in person
Process policy changes, payments, billing questions, and claims support
Build relationships and identify client needs to offer the right coverage solutions
Educate clients on coverage and cross-sell when appropriate
Follow up on leads, make outbound calls, and assist with closing sales
Keep the office organized, upbeat, and client-ready at all times
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Property & Casualty License (Preferred) ✔ Minimum 1 year of customer service or sales experience ✔ Strong communication & multitasking skills ✔ A positive, team-first attitude and genuine desire to help people ✔ Dependable, self-motivated, and coachable ✔ Confident working with clients and turning conversations into opportunities
