• Address customer inquiries promptly and effectively, delivering exceptional service and support.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions to ensure continuity and quality of service.
• Collaborate with various agency departments to align customer needs with available products and services.

Qualifications:

• Valid Property and Casualty License.
• Valid Life and Health License.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
• Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
• A proactive attitude and a genuine desire to help others succeed.
