Job Description: Insulation Installer - Both Fiberglass and Spray Foam

As an Insulation Installer, your role will encompass the full spectrum of duties related to the installation of our insulation products. This involves meticulously following work orders, adhering to the guidelines set forth by manufacturers, maintaining the highest standards of quality, and ensuring all safety protocols are strictly observed.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Will Include:

• Reviewing Your Daily Work Schedule: Each morning, you'll go through your daily assignments, ensuring that every detail is clear and that you are fully prepared for the tasks ahead. This includes confirming that the company truck is properly loaded with all the requisite products, tools, and equipment necessary for the day's work.

• Safety and Inspection Duties: Your day will begin with a thorough safety check of the vehicle to ensure it's in perfect working condition. Upon arriving at job sites, you'll conduct detailed inspections to mitigate any potential hazards or issues that could arise during the workday.

• Material Handling: You'll be responsible for the safe unloading and strategic staging of materials at the job site, ensuring that everything is in place for efficient installation without compromising safety.

• Reporting: Keeping an open line of communication is key. You'll report any safety concerns, customer feedback, or quality issues that might require attention, ensuring that every project meets our high standards.

• Warehouse Duties: When not on-site, you might be tasked with various warehouse duties, which could include inventory management, organizing supplies, or any other support functions to keep operations running smoothly.

What You Will Need to Qualify for This Position:

• Age and Legal Requirements: You must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid Driver's License, as driving is an integral part of your daily responsibilities.

• Pre-Hire Checks: You will need to pass a comprehensive background check and a drug screening before employment can commence, ensuring a safe and trustworthy work environment.

• Physical Capabilities: The job demands physical strength and agility. You'll need to be capable of lifting up to 50lbs unassisted, as this will be required frequently for loading and unloading materials. Additionally, the role involves climbing, stooping, kneeling, crawling, and ladder work, alongside standing for extended periods.
