We are currently looking for an Inside Sales/Parts Counter Representative to join our team. This position will rotate between Chester Springs (Exton), PA and Hainesport, NJ.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Providing outstanding inside sales for the parts needs of walk-in and phone customers including external and internal Service Department customers.

• Not only answer incoming calls from customers - but will also make outbound sales calls.
• Responding to customer parts or information requests quickly
• Communicating with customers when a delay (Back Order) will occur and offering alternatives
• Determining availability and price information
• Ability to work independently and as a team player
• Correctly documenting and completing sale on parts invoice
• Monitoring the status of customer orders, advising in case of problems, and notifying upon arrival
