Job Description
• We need 3 highly motivated & talented Inside Sales Associates. ISAs are the backbone of our success! • You will focus on following up with motivated buyer & seller leads to set appointments for our agents.
• We offer a competitive salary plus commissions & benefits package for a 40-hour work week.
• Flexible Shifts: 9 a.m. - 5 p.m., 10:30 a.m. - 6:30 p.m., or noon till 8 p.m. What works best for you?
• PTO & vacation days after 90 days. Paid Holidays - 10 PTO days annually & 7 major holidays paid.
Responsibilities:
• Set appointments for our sales team.
• Calling property inquiries and requests & buyer & seller leads we supply - no cold calling!
• Accountability & daily reporting.
Qualifications:
• Strong drive to meet & exceed daily goals.
• Pleasant phone voice & exceptional communication skills.
• Willingness to obtain your real estate license.
