Job Purpose:
As the FP&A Manager, you will have a crucial role in providing strategic financial insights to senior leadership, supporting business decisions, and driving growth initiatives. You'll work closely with key stakeholders to develop financial models, analyze key business cases, and participate in strategic activities like M&A and financing.
Primary Responsibilities:
Partner with the CEO's direct reports to provide essential financial insights
Utilize financial data and metrics to identify revenue opportunities and operational efficiencies
Develop and maintain dynamic financial models to support both short and long-term planning
Prepare impactful financial reports and presentations to empower executive decision-making
Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, offering variance analysis and actionable insights
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business cases for key initiatives
Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements in financial operations
Participate in the analysis of M&A and financing activities to support strategic initiatives
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
5+ years of finance-related experience with a strong focus on financial analysis
Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate findings clearly
Ability to collaborate in a family-oriented and dynamic team environment
