Utilizing modular construction in an urban environment requires much logistical, spatial, and social engineering to successfully implement a project. We are looking to add a Production Line Supervisor to join our growing team.

• Selects, hires, trains, coaches, and motivates employees to reach their full potential and sets goals for performance to achieve/exceed production goals
• Organizes and clearly communicates the workflow to ensure employees understand their responsibilities and performance goals
• Track and maintain employee timekeeping records, and production EV records
• Works with HR to address performance and/or attendance issues in a timely manner
• Ensure the proper and efficient flow of raw materials and other necessary resources for continuous operation and to ensure production goals are met
• Conducts periodic performance reviews and provides both positive and constructive feedback to employees
• Ensure the product meets company QC standards and that product compliance documents are maintained
• Set goals for performance to meet the production schedule
• Collaborate with other line stations and departments to ensure a smooth production flow and continuous operation
• Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures including safety and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises
• Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks
• Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching
• Maintain timekeeping records
• Communicate effectively with management and employees
• Prepare and submit performance evaluations
• Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures including safety and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises
• Ensure product compliance to all project documentation.
• Ensure product meets company QC standards.
• Facilitate communication between internal departments to insure timely delivery to your personnel for a continuous operation.

• 10-12+ years of experience in HVAC / Plumbing field (Modular construction experience a plus).
• In-depth knowledge of HVAC and plumbing codes, and systems components.
• Knowledge of blueprints and how to execute them. 
• Excellent understanding of construction measurements and basic math.
• Strong attention to detail and quality, and ability to maintain project schedules.
• Positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Excellent leadership skills with a record of success in coaching and engaging teams.
• Team player with strong collaboration skills.
• Strong understanding of production and knowledge of hand and power tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management in the ability to deliver a high-quality work product.
• Excellent knowledge of building practices and codes.
• Experience in evaluating, coaching and communicating with employees.
• Works well across departments (maintenance, quality, leadership, etc.).
• Understands the production process and the importance of time management.
• Basic Computer skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
