As an Install Helper, you'll play a vital role in our team, assisting our Lead Installers in completing repairs and installations while delivering superior service to our customers. Position Overview: We are seeking individuals who are self-motivated, accountable, and eager to learn. Responsibilities: Assist our Lead Installer with daily HVAC and generator installations, including heat pumps, furnaces, air handlers, generators, etc. Aid in the installation, repair, and troubleshooting of HVAC and generator systems. Perform basic troubleshooting and diagnostics on HVAC and generator equipment when needed. Ensure all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines. Requirements: No experience necessary; we're willing to train the right person. Strong work ethic and commitment to safety. Ability to lift 50 lbs on a continual basis. Basic knowledge of hand and power tools. Willingness to learn and develop strong problem-solving skills. Comfortable going into crawl spaces or attics.
