We are looking for a dedicated and motivated HR Recruiter to join our team in West Bend, Wisconsin. In this contract to hire position, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and connecting great talent to meaningful career opportunities. Responsibilities:

• Proactively source and attract candidates using online job boards, reliable networks, and other digital platforms.

• Create and manage job postings to ensure clear and engaging communication of role requirements.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a seamless process for both candidates and hiring managers.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system.

• Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including managing correspondence and documentation.

• Participate in skill-building development programs to enhance knowledge of recruitment strategies and tools.

• Build strong relationships with candidates to understand their career aspirations and align them with suitable opportunities.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify their needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.

• Previous experience in full-cycle recruiting, corporate recruiting, or candidate sourcing is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and online recruitment platforms.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple tasks.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing tools.
• A bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Eagerness to learn and adopt innovative recruitment techniques and technologies.
