Job Summary: The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from identifying potential candidates to onboarding new hires. This role requires excellent communication skills, a keen eye for talent, and the ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition:
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
  • Candidate Management:
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience by ensuring timely feedback and updates.
  • Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job requirements.
  • Provide guidance on job descriptions, interview techniques, and candidate selection.
  • Assist in the development of job postings and recruitment materials.
  • Onboarding:
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training.
  • Ensure all necessary paperwork and documentation are completed accurately and on time.
  • Conduct follow-up meetings with new employees to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Employer Branding:
  • Promote the company’s employer brand through various channels and initiatives.
  • Participate in job fairs, career events, and other networking opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with universities, professional organizations, and other talent sources.
  • HR Metrics and Reporting:
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
  • Prepare and present reports on recruitment activities and outcomes to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
