Now Hiring: HR Generalist

We are currently seeking a tech savvy HR Generalist to join our growing manufacturing team in Reading, PA ! This full time, direct hire role comes with the opportunity to lead the charge in digitizing processes and educating staff on technologies. Job Details:

• Monday-Friday, 8-5 with flexibility needed
• Employee engagement leader
• Assisting with payroll
• Responsible for setting up interviews
• Training staff on technologies and programs 
• Interacting with outside agencies
• and more!

Job Requirements :

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources or similar field
• Experience in a HR role 
• Familiarity with reporting, QR codes and other technologies.
