Now Hiring: HR Generalist
We are currently seeking a tech savvy
HR Generalist to join our growing manufacturing team in
Reading, PA ! This full time, direct hire role comes with the opportunity to lead the charge in digitizing processes and educating staff on technologies. If you are passionate about employee engagement and other HR duties, please read more below and apply today!
Job Details: - Monday-Friday, 8-5 with flexibility needed
- Employee engagement leader
- Assisting with payroll
- Responsible for setting up interviews
- Training staff on technologies and programs
- Interacting with outside agencies
- and more!
Job Requirements :
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources or similar field
- Experience in a HR role
- Familiarity with reporting, QR codes and other technologies.
