We are seeking a reliable and experienced Housekeeping and Maintenance Staff to join our team at our hotel. As a Housekeeping and Maintenance Staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of guest rooms, public areas, and the exterior of the hotel, as well as ensuring the safety and functionality of all hotel equipment and facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms and public areas in accordance with hotel standards and procedures.
• Make beds, change linens, and restock guest room amenities.
• Vacuum, dust, and clean all surfaces in guest rooms and public areas.
• Report any damage or maintenance issues to the appropriate department and follow up to ensure they are resolved.
• Maintain and organize cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, unclogging drains, and fixing leaky faucets.
• Ensure the safety and functionality of all hotel equipment and facilities by conducting regular inspections.
• Assist guests with their requests or needs.
• Communicate effectively with other hotel staff members and departments.

Requirements:

• Prior housekeeping and/or maintenance experience in a hotel or similar setting is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
