hiring a Hotel Front Desk Supervisor ! This property is currently under construction and will be
opening late August 2025 .
** Starting wage for this position is $20.00-$22.00 per hour but final wage will be based on experience** Located near the Coconino National Forest and Lowell Observatory, the 105,000 sq ft Home2 Suites & Tru property features a total of 204 guestrooms, an indoor pool, two outdoor patios, a gaming zone, and a bar in the shared lobby.

How do I make an impact on my team? Our friendly Hotel Front Desk Supervisor establishes a positive work environment, provides attentive and courteous service, all while creating a memorable and personalized experience for our guests and team members.
- Supervise a dedicated front desk team
- Greet and interact with guests in a warm, friendly and professional manner
- Provide highest level of service by anticipating, listening attentively and responding promptly to guests needs
- Enforce policies and procedures established by the company and the property brand
- Use the computer system on a daily basis to make reservations, check-in and checkout guests
- Perform office tasks such as answering the phones, scanning, copying, typing and printing
- Ensure safety and security of the property, staff and guests
