We need someone ready to be the voice of our brand and manage the marketing budget to enable the development of property-specific campaigns, promotions, and collateral to generate revenue and meet potential recruits for our real estate team and title operations.

Responsibilities
• Grow real estate agent loyalty while also generating new business by nurturing potential prospects
• Hire, train, and motivate your team to provide better customer service to your clients
• Use marketing campaigns, telemarketing, e-commerce, site visits, and other ways to actively pursue new business

Qualifications
• Minimum of 5 or more years experience in real estate sales and marketing with some experience in sales management
• Computer skills are needed for this position, including knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Minimum of 5 or more years experience in sales and marketing with some experience in sales management
• Strong understanding of marketing strategies and best practices
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
