Independent Recruiter – Healthcare Industry
Compensation: Commission-based ($8K–$10K/month minimum potential)
Are you a healthcare recruiter who knows how to fill clinical roles fast and right ? We’re looking for an experienced independent recruiter to join our expanding network and help place top-tier healthcare talent in positions across the country. You’ll work 100% remotely, set your own schedule, and earn strong commission-based pay with the potential to bring in $8,000–$10,000+ per month.
Ideal Background:
Prior experience recruiting Physicians, NPs, PAs, RNs, or Allied Health professionals
Strong understanding of healthcare credentialing, licensing, and compliance
Independent, highly motivated, and confident managing your own workflow
What You’ll Do:
Source, screen, and submit qualified candidates to open roles
Build and manage your candidate pipeline
Coordinate interviews and offers
