We’re working with a highly respected, design-driven architecture and planning studio with a long-standing reputation for delivering transformative projects in the healthcare sector. Their Miami team is seeking an experienced Healthcare Project Manager to join their growing practice and lead major healthcare initiatives across Florida and the Southeast.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day delivery of healthcare projects from design through construction administration
  • Lead coordination across architecture, interior design, engineering, and client teams
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare codes and guidelines while maintaining the design vision
  • Track project milestones, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful outcomes
  • Serve as a key point of contact for clients and consultants, building long-term relationships
  • Support and mentor junior staff while fostering a collaborative studio culture

Key Skills/Requirements:

  • 8+ years of professional experience in architecture, with a strong focus on healthcare projects
  • Demonstrated success managing complex project timelines, teams, and technical documentation
  • Solid understanding of healthcare planning principles, building codes, and FGI guidelines
  • Strong Revit skills and familiarity with project management tools
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Professional degree in Architecture required; licensure preferred but not essential
  • Based in or willing to relocate to the Miami area; hybrid flexibility offered
