The ideal candidate should have a strong background in both reservoir and A&D across multiple basins, with experience in various industry technologies. Applicants for the Head of Petroleum Engineering position at the company should have a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in the field. The role requires a professional who can effectively lead and manage teams, as well as contribute to the strategic development of the company's engineering practices. A deep understanding of industry technologies such as AERIES, ComboCurve, and PHDwin is essential.
