ENVISION YOURSELF AS OUR GUEST SERVICE AGENT
You are friendly, approachable, organized, and enjoy interacting with many different people. With a warm and patient disposition, you seek to make guests and teammates feel comfortable, relaxed, and confident in your ability to resolve conflicts. You enjoy working with an upbeat team and interacting with many people throughout your day.
Your responsibilities will include check-in and check-out processes, answering questions, keeping record of room availability and guest accounts, making, confirming and cancelling reservations and computing bills and collecting payment upon check-out. Welcome beverages are part of the arrival experience at check in. This will require a TABC license from the Guest Service Agents.
With a minimum of 1 year of experience, along with your unmatched guest service and communication skills, you will thrive in this role. Knowledge of Opera is preferred. Above all, you will keep the team motivated through your energetic, positive leadership style while leading them to exceed guest expectations and deliver exceptional service.
