Driver responsibilities include arranging regular cleaning and maintenance services for the vehicle, planning each route based on road and traffic conditions and managing payments. Ultimately, you will help us increase customer satisfaction, making sure clients can depend on us. 

To be considered for this role, you must have a valid CDL driver’s license with a double endorsement and a clean driving record with no traffic violations.

Skills

• Experience with manual transmission, specifically 18 speeds
• Experience safely operating a gravel train with dump trailer
• Must have and maintain a MDOT physical
• A valid driver’s license
• Must Have a CDL with Double Endorsement
• A clean driving record
• Availability to occasionally take weekend and night shifts
• A polite and professional disposition
• Ability to remain calm in stressful driving situations (e.g. at rush hour)
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening per MDOT regulations
• A high school diploma
