Onward Search is a specialized staffing and talent solutions company that helps professionals find top jobs with the nation’s leading brands. We’re looking to hire a Graphic Designer for a luxury cosmetics brand .

You’ll join the Visual Merchandising team to produce high-quality graphic assets for in-store fixtures and environments for seasonal roll outs. This is a Temp to Full Time opportunity. The office operates a Hybrid model (3 days/week) and is located in West Hollywood.

Retail Fixture Production & Execution

• Develop print-ready artwork for displays, gondolas, and fixture systems using brand-provided assets.
• Manage the artwork routing and approval process with internal teams and vendors.
• Ensure files meet high-quality print standards, prepping for various production methods.
• Review match prints and proofs for accuracy, handling stakeholder feedback.
• Troubleshoot vendor issues and support localization of regional content and translated copy.

Visual Merchandising & 2D Graphic Support

• Apply campaign designs to global fixture layouts while maintaining brand integrity.
• Refresh 3D renderings and Shop-in-Shop visuals for seasonal retail rollouts.
• Support internal decks and presentations with campaign visuals.
• Organize and maintain an asset library for consistent reuse and reference.
• Coordinate accurate implementation of translated messaging across global markets.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite; 3D rendering tools like SketchUp are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of print production processes and file preparation.
• Detail-oriented multitasker with strong visual design and layout skills.
• Effective communicator with experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional teams.
• Background in retail merchandising or creative production preferred.
