About the role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our amazing People + Culture (P+C) team in a key leadership role focused on making our eight global markets successful. You have supported sales teams to be at their best and know how to help drive results for the business. You are an amazing influencer, executor, coach, guide, mentor, and love fitness and movement.
Based in Chicago, you will partner with our Global CEO based in NZ as well as CEOs, their leadership teams, and their P+C business partners in eight different countries. You can adapt and move fast with agile thinking across strategic projects and initiatives.
In this role, you will indirectly lead and inspire a high-performing P+C team, creating a culture of continuous improvement and development. You’ll be an outstanding strategic and commercial thinker who gets things done, but with an edge that influences change for the good of people, companies, and our planet.
Key requirements:
8+ years of general P+C experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Significant experience in business partnering at a senior/executive level, ideally in a sales environment
A passion for experimentation and change, for seeing the opportunities to do things differently and a natural drive to give it a go
Experience working with and in a global team preferred
Proven track record of strong stakeholder management and business acumen
Track record of creating, delivering, and overseeing a global P+C strategy
