Mercier Consultancy is on the lookout for a German Speaking Search Engine Customer Consultant to join our dedicated Online Media Department. This role is integral in providing top-tier support to our German-speaking clients, helping them leverage our search engine services to achieve their online marketing goals. Your fluency in German and customer service expertise will enable you to assist clients effectively while fostering strong, professional relationships. In this role, you will address client inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and educate clients on best practices regarding search engine optimization and advertising strategies. You will be a valuable resource for clients aiming to enhance their visibility within the digital landscape, driving their success through our various offerings.
