General Manager Starting at $55k+ Bonus

Responsibilities

• Run a profitable restaurant and ensure it meets McDonalds critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Work with leadership to set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them.
• Lead a team of Department Managers by setting goals, monitoring progress, and providing coaching and direction.
• Develop and manage Department and Shift Managers to build a strong team.

Qualifications

• Previous General Manager experience running high volume quick-service restaurants.
• Strong background in hospitality or retail is desirable.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
