Job Description

General Cleaning Technician – Brookings, SD

Purpose : Promote business growth and customer satisfaction by excelling in the completion of high quality and timely cleaning projects. Responsible for cleaning homes, offices, clinics, and other businesses.

Essential Functions:

Maintenance cleaning which includes -- dusting, vacuuming, removing trash, scrubbing bathrooms, and cleaning community areas
Deep cleaning individual projects with a focus on new construction, remodels, and moves

Perform other duties as assigned

Experience and Education:

High School Graduate or GED Required
Ability to pass a background check including MVR Required

Physical Demands

Ability to bend, climb or balance, kneel, stoop, walk, or push and pull objects
Ability to lift up to 25lbs, and occasionally 100lbs, to perform job functions
Ability to work in a variety of environments, conditions, and temperatures
