Job Title: Full-Time Partially Live-In Housekeeper (Beverly Hills)
Location: Beverly Hills, CA
Compensation: $45/hour + $75/night for overnights + Benefits
Schedule:
Core Days: Saturday – Tuesday
Saturday & Sunday: 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM
Monday & Tuesday: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Overnights: Sunday & Monday nights ($75/night)
Additional Workday: One additional weekday TBD
Overview:
A professional couple is seeking a full-time, partially live-in Housekeeper to join their household staff in a prestigious 30,000 sq ft estate in Beverly Hills. This position involves working closely with a team of four other experienced housekeepers and caring for several friendly dogs. We are looking for someone with high standards of cleanliness, exceptional organizational skills, and a team-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform daily housekeeping tasks including cleaning, organizing, and maintaining all living and service areas to the highest standard
Rotate duties with other housekeepers to ensure comprehensive coverage of all housekeeping needs
Assist with laundry, ironing, wardrobe care, and closet organization
Handle special cleaning projects as needed
Care for dogs, including feeding, walking, and general supervision as needed
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and household items
Communicate effectively with other staff and principals to ensure smooth household operations
Maintain discretion and professionalism at all times
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a housekeeper in a large private residence
Ability to work weekends and overnights as required
Comfortable working as part of a team in a staffed household
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and efficient
Must love dogs and be comfortable around them
Must pass background check and provide references
Compensation & Benefits:
$45/hour
$75/night for overnight shifts
