Monteforte Law, P.C. is looking for a Legal Intake Assistant to become the voice and first impression of our firm. This is a full-time, in-office position (40 hours/week) thats all about connecting with people, guiding them through our process, and making them feel seen, heard, and valued.

Your core responsibilities will include:

Answering and returning calls, and making potential clients feel heard and helped.

Scheduling consultations and managing our intake process with professionalism and empathy.

Explaining what we do and why were differentyour job is to secure that appointment!

Coordinating follow-ups and keeping track of client touchpoints.

Handling general administrative tasks (like scanning, mailing, keeping the office tidy and stocked).

Making sure our clients feel specialbecause they are. We send gifts, we call to check in, we go the extra mile.
