Tzumi is looking for a Freelance E-commerce Graphic Designer

Our digital marketing department is expanding and looking for a talented, on-site Digital Graphic Designer with e-commerce listing and content experience. Must be proficient in Adobe Suite. Must have great visual communication skills and attention to details—a love of typography, composition and color should be evident in portfolio. This designer will be working with a dynamic and incredibly talented team of Creatives.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Brand Directors and Marketing Team to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience and execute on direction brilliantly!
• Design and layout engaging digital assets—primarily e-comm listings, but web and social media content as well
• Maintain or evolve current brands and contribute to new brands
• Understands full omni channel communication and brand consistency
• Ensure that all design elements align with brand guidelines and maintain a high level of creative excellence
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to project timelines and meeting deadlines—MUST be good at managing time.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of specific experience in graphic design, communication art or equivalent combined education and/or experience
• Experience in consumer electronics, fitness products and/or health and wellness a plus
• Experience creating e-commerce listings and digital creative content

Specific Knowledge, Skills, License, Certifications:

• Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in various design styles, techniques and innovation that align with our brands
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
• Knowledge of current design trends and best practices in marketing and branding
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
