About the Role:As a Forklift Operator, you will be an integral part of our dynamic warehouse team. You’ll be responsible for safely operating a variety of forklifts, moving, sorting, and managing pet food products efficiently to keep our operations flowing smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:Operate sit-down, stand-up reach, cherry picker, and electric pallet jack forklifts safely and efficiently.
Assist with daily warehouse functions such as picking, packing, sorting, and staging orders.
Maintain accuracy and attention to detail while following all operational and safety guidelines.
Perform regular equipment inspections to ensure optimal functionality and safety.
Support overall warehouse operations by working independently and collaborating within a team environment.
Physically lift and move heavy products as needed to support warehouse activities.
Valid Forklift Operator Certification .
Recent hands-on experience (within the last year) operating:
Sit-down forklifts
Stand-up reach trucks
Cherry pickers
Electric pallet jacks
Previous warehouse/distribution center experience strongly preferred.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately follow instructions.
Excellent organizational skills and a proactive, team-oriented attitude.
Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy products as part of daily tasks.
