We are seeking a detail-oriented Regulatory Compliance Specialist with a strong background in food science, nutrition, or related fields. This role is heavily administrative and involves working closely with regulatory documents, understanding global regulations, and collaborating with quality experts to manage risks. The ideal candidate will assist in ensuring regulatory changes are properly implemented and documented, working within quality systems, and supporting the technical writing process.

Key Responsibilities :

• Read and interpret regulatory documents related to food and nutrition.
• Understand and assess regulatory changes across global markets, including Latin America, Europe, and Asia.
• Collaborate with quality experts to assess risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Close out regulatory changes and ensure all necessary documentation is completed.
• Receive and review publications relevant to regulatory changes.
• Assist with writing up findings, documenting impacts, and managing information within the quality systems.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of regulatory and compliance processes.

Required Skills :

• Strong technical writing skills with a focus on regulatory documentation.
• Knowledge of global regulations, especially in Latin America, Europe, and Asia.
• Understanding of food nutrition and manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with regulations or food policy.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite.

Preferred Skills :

• Experience with Corrective and Preventative Actions (CAPA) processes is a plus.
• Background in pharmaceuticals, regulation assessment, or auditing is highly desirable.

Educational Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in a Science-related field.
• Preferred: Bachelor's in Food Science or Nutrition.
• Open to new graduates with a Food Science or Nutrition background.
