Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage financial models to support strategic business decisions.
• Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights to enhance budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and full-cycle accounting.
• Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel skills to create and maintain complex spreadsheets.
• Assist in the implementation and optimization of NetSuite for financial operations.
• Monitor key performance indicators to assess the organization's financial health and growth.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management to support decision-making.
• Conduct variance analysis to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Stay updated on industry trends and financial best practices to drive continuous improvement.• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis or a related field.
• Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and full-cycle accounting.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including functions and data modeling.
• Familiarity with NetSuite or similar financial systems.
• Strong expertise in financial modeling and data interpretation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills for presenting financial information to stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
