Our client, a leader in the agricultural industry, is seeking a Feed Mill General Labor to join their team as a direct hire. As a Feed Mill General Labor, you will be part of the operations team supporting essential functions in the feed production process. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Feed Mill General Labor - Direct Hire Position

Location: Brookston, IN

Pay Range: $20 - $24 per hour

Shift: 6:45a - 5:30p

What's the Job?

• Assist in the operation of feed milling equipment.
• Shipping & Receiving along with inventory control.
• Customer service as needed.
• Ensure the quality and safety of feed products.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times.
• Support team members in various tasks as needed.
• Maintenance on equipment when needed.

What's Needed?

• Forklift experience is required.
• Willingness to work a 50 hour work week.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
• Commitment to following safety guidelines.
• Mechanical and problem solving skills.
