Job Overview: A boutique family law firm based in Frisco, TX is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Family Law Trial Attorney to join its team. This role is ideal for a candidate with strong litigation skills and a passion for client advocacy. Location: Frisco, TX Duties: Represent clients in family law matters including divorce, custody disputes, child support issues, modifications, and enforcements. Manage all aspects of cases from intake through trial and post-judgment matters. Appear at hearings, mediations, and court proceedings as necessary. Provide empathetic, strategic guidance to clients throughout the legal process. Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to ensure a high level of service. Contribute to the team environment and assist colleagues as needed. Work towards board certification in family law if not already certified. Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of experience in family law litigation. Proven courtroom and trial experience in family law cases. Ability to manage a full caseload independently. Willingness to work extended hours when required. Enthusiastic about contributing to a collaborative legal team. Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications: Active license to practice law in the state of Texas. Board Certification in Family Law (preferred) or willingness to pursue certification. Skills: Strong organizational and case management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Empathetic and professional client interaction. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. High degree of professional integrity and commitment. Interest in long-term professional growth within family law practice.
